Returns/exchanges
All pieces are handmade to order and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Ashanti Aranos does not overproduce stock therefore does not hold a surplus of stock to offer exchanges.
Before placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Due to the estimated turnaround please take into consideration if you will be at the address during the delivery date.
Order enquiries
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of submitting your order, email us at info@ashantiaranos.com with your order number.
Minor order details such as addresses, size, colour etc may be changed within 24 hours of submitting your order, please email us at info@ashantiaranos.com to discuss possible options. Please remember that this is all subject to availability.
Other Policies
CUSTOM CHARGES (International customers only):
Parcels may be subjected to customs and handling charges upon receipt. We are not liable for covering custom charges. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
LOST PARCELS
We are not responsible for lost parcels and will not send a replacement or process a refund unless compensated by the Postal Services.
ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER BY POSTAL SERVICES*
Please email us if after checking the tracking history you notice that your order has been returned to sender by postal services for the following reasons:
- Postal services have failed to deliver your order due to you not being home on the date of delivery.
- You then didn't pick up your order in the limited amount of days your parcel is stored at a local post office.
If this has happened Ashanti Aranos is not responsible for covering the costs of resending your parcel, email info@ashantiaranos.com to discuss possible options.
